Pearl Beach Cottage

Dogs can be left either inside or in fenced garden while owners in National Park but must not bark and disturb neighbours. It's an extremely quiet spot and definitely a dropout zone

People renting are asked to leave the cottage clean and ready for the next occupants.

Have a Pearl Beach holiday

Pearl Beach is a beautiful little National Trust village situated on Broken Bay on the mouth of the Hawkesbury River. It is surrounded by Brisbane Waters National Park and is less than 1½ hours drive north from Sydney. The village consists of approximately 600 houses and there is a store with a pasta cafe and a moderately priced restaurant right on the beach - dogs are welcome to dine at outside tables!

Lovely walks

There are lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area and also beach walks to Umina and Ettalong (north) and to Flat Head Beach (south) which lies behind Lion Island with views to Pittwater. There is a short cut to the beach across the road and around the lagoon.

Cosy cottage

Our cottage is very simple and casual (perfect for couple + dog) - polished boards with rugs, pine, cane and comfy two seaters, directors' chairs, etc. It has a nice beachy, tropical, relaxed feel to it and is kept fresh and clean.

Main Bedroom - queen bed only
2nd bedroom has 2 x bunks, can squeeze 4. This is a perfect place for a couple to escape a hectic lifestyle, sleep undisturbed while their dog enjoys the freedom of relaxed surroundings.

There is an electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc and a bush barbecue. You will need to take your own linen and fresh food.

There are two colour TVs and one video. Usually you will find coffee, tea, sugar and various other bits and pieces that you are welcome to use.  Bikes, beach umbrellas, beach mats, etc. are available for you to use.

Your dog is welcome

• Allowed inside cottage, please cover furniture to protect.

• May roam in the fenced garden

• Dogs are welcome at village   restaurant outside tables

• Dogs are not allowed in Brisbane Waters National Park. Dog have 24 hr access to northern end of beach, on and or off leash but no access to southern end.
